Hello, this is a private invitation to you to join the club “ACEO FURS EXCHANGE”. Please read this note before saying you are not interested. This is a great opportunity for us artists to communicate, befriend and getting original art from beloved artists.
You won´t receive this note again, we don´t want to be spam and I carefully note down who has said “no”. But if you reconsider later and want to join, just e-mail me to aceo.furs.exchange@gmail.com or send a note to Dragarta at DeviantART. Thank you for your time.


The Club
Our club includes fine anthro and animal artists from all the world. Invitations will be given personally by the admin to artists considered fit.
Each month, we will send an e-mail to all members asking if they want to participate in that month´s exchange. All participating members will be paired at random. You, as a member, will have to draw your “couple´s ” character in an ACEO card. ACEO cards are 2.5 x 3.5 inches pictures, the size of a trading card. You can agree with your partner if you want to exchange the original card or a copy, by this club asks you to exchange originals, to make this a greater experience. You can collect original pictures done by great artists such as yourself!
After drawing the cards, you will have to send it to your partner, of course. This size cards are very cheap to send worldwide, so don´t worry.

Requisites
We only ask you for a description of your character to give to your partner. If you have a character sheet, the best, but it is not obligatory. And of course been willing to draw and collaborate! If you don´t have a character and just want, for example, an animal species, you can say so.
If you join us, a member questionarie will be sent to you so you can fill in with this information.
The club won´t bother you. You can participate only the months you are willing to. If you don´t answer to the month´s letter, we will consider you as not joining the month´s exchange, and that´s all.

Admins
Current admin is =Dragarta Admin has the right to invite new artists but each member can recommend some. Obligations consist in preparing the monthly trades and club business.

Artists who join the club will be shown in the community, that is in Livejournal under the name “ACEOFursXchange”: [link] Feel free to take a look.
Politics are shown in the main page of the LJ community, as well.
The club has been trading since November 2006, and to the date the results and degree of satisfaction of our members has been raising. It is more difficult each day to find artists good enough to be invited.
